A tier-list for all the Legendary and some Epic skins of the Damage/DPS characters of OW2. Some recolors aren't in here since I didn't deem them different enough from their main skins (or I just forgot to screenshot them). No, I don't have a bias for Pharah, I just needed images with her helmet on for the skins that needed it.
