A tier list of mostly Cantonese and HK pastries. There is some food that did not originate from either region, such as Western and other Asian pastries, but I tried to include those that would be popular in Cantonese, Hong Kong, and overseas communities. I also didn't include a lot of steamed items since those are more likely to be found at dim sum places than a bakery.
