Allusions - Main Weapon (Update III - Part II) Alignment Chart
Here are some tips for you: 1) The Oar is broken but depends on the user, also don't forget to use it on 2nd Form so it can do it's best. 2) Most of the Broken and S Tier weapons must be used in their 2nd Form. 3) Weapons are most effective when user has some experience within it. So don't forget to be aware of even the broken tier weapon can be a trash when a noob (no offense) uses it.
