Tdx tower tierlist - expert mode rework REWORK

Level 205 here. After the previous tierlist took a big impact of hate, i took it upon myself to redo the tierlist and realized that alot of ranking placements are indeed wrong and stupid. And so i fixed these! I made sure this tierlist is a significant upgrade to the last one.
