I Tried to make a JoJo Character #FreeFugo

I don't watch/read JoJo in order, or any anime/manga for that matter. I'd put the Mafia Boss somewhere but I'd rather wait until I finish Part 5. DIO's placement is disjointed since I think his Part 1 portrayal might be better. #FreeFugo
