Around the comb of Grim ult and NP ult. NP pos1 or pos4 playable. Maybe pos5 DS possible with NP big creep but not crucial. Zeus or Specc aghs needed for vision. Maybe BH can do the job Pos3 needs to setup and force fights. Pos5 need big teamfight if enemy teams up
