Characters Time Efficiency Points

(Not A Tier List) Early Game= Don't need meter to be amazing/decent. Middle Game= 1-3 meters changes then into a new threat. And most likely have decent or excellent assist. Late Game= 3-5 meters. Most likely to be the best anchors, possibly best assist and high threat.
