FBS Conference Realignment Scenario

Tried to create conferences with historical rivalries, geographic similarities, and competitive matchups. Did not demote any historical P5 schools. There will be unequal revenue distribution in the PAC, Big 12, and ACC to appease certain schools. SEC and Big 10 can adopt unequal shares if preferred.
